Minutes from CESPA Commitee Meetings

The CESPA committee meets about once a month to allocate grants, discuss way of improving communications, and any matter relevant to the school. If you have an issue that you would like to be raised at the next meeting, please contact your CESPA rep.

Once approved the minutes of the meetings are distributed to all parents via the class rep list. Please contact your class representative if you would like to view the latest minutes.

CESPA Grants

CESPA funds are also used to give grants and help where needed. Regular grants are given to support school activities, sporting events, school plays and school trips. The main criteria are that the grant benefits as large a proportion as possible of the school. Decisions are usually made during the monthly CESPA meetings.
