- Important traffic matters:
- Cyclists along A415: please use the entrance/exit by the chapel on the A415; cycling in Thame Lane is very dangerous and slows down the flow of traffic.
- Car Park at back of school: please use the zebra crossing from the car park to the pedestrian gate, not the car entrance of the car park: drivers turning into the car park can only see pedestrians at the last minute.
- Please help the traffic flow in and out of Thame Lane: when you drive to the school and you come from Abingdon/Culham, please stop before you turn left into Thame Lane to let a car out of Thame Lane and a car into Thame Lane, coming from the opposite direction. Then turn left, keeping an eye out for cyclists behind you who want to cross Thame Lane.
- Do not leave your car unattended in the bus bay. The bus bay is for pick-up and drop off of pupils only. When you pick up your children from the bus bay, at the end of a school day or after a school trip, please make sure you do not park your car in such a way that the buses or cars cannot get through.
-
When emerging from Thame Lane and turning right towards Abingdon keep well to the right of the lane to allow cars behind you to filter left
