    Canteen Tickets Order Form

    In order to avoid the queues and delays when pupils and parents buy the Canteen lunch tickets, '2 Dine 4' has decided to implement a new system starting on Tuesday 8 November 2011.

     

    All you need to do is:

     

    1. Fill in the Order Form attached and print it out (tickets can be bought in multiple of 10 only)

    2. Put your Order Form in an envelope together with your cheque made payable to '2 Dine 4'

    3. Write on the envelope "Canteen tickets" + your child's name

    4. Leave the envelope in Reception

    5. Collect your Canteen tickets in Reception 48 hours later.

     

    Please note: Canteen tickets will be sold also in school ONLY till the end of December - on Tuesday and Friday mornings 8:00-8:30 hrs.

    Prices (all tickets to be ordered in multiple of 10):

    Primary: £2.50 (main course + dessert)

    Secondary: £3.00 (main course only)
