LOST PROPERTY
How does it work?
Parents set up the Lost Property service several years ago in response to a 'non'-system when lost propery was piled up high in an overflowing cupboard. The service relies on the goodwill of the parents to staff it every Friday lunchtime through the school year.
Each section is responsible for providing two volunteers to man the Lost Property Room. When you are on Duty please go to the reception to get the Lost Property Valuables box and keys, then proceed to the Lost Property room in the basement down the steps in the quadrangle next to Reception. There you will find written Instructions on the wall. Please follow them carefully, it will make it easier for the Lost Property organiser.

We also have about 10 sets of keys, two of which are car keys found last June. Watches and Jewelery items can also be claimed for.
The lost property coordinators are Marie-Chistine ANDRE, Sophie PANAGI. Please contact your class rep if you need their email address and phone numbers.
Location and opening time
The office is located in the basement behind the reception.
Opening hours are:
- Every Friday from 12 PM to 1 PM during term time.
- During the week preceding each end of half term the office will be opened on the Wednesday instead at the same time.
- Most Mondays and Fridays from 8.00 to 8.30 AM, we will be in the office sorting out belongings: you are welcome to drop by !
- After six weeks in the lost property office, items are given to charity or sold to raise funds for CESPA.
- Remember to name every single item belonging to your child.
If you are not a volunteer and find Lost Property still shut at 12.10 then the volunteer has not arrived and Lost Property will stay shut. Please do not ask the reception. Try next week again.
