Class representatives
Each class at School has its own Class Representative (Class rep) who acts as a parent-teacher, parent-parent and also parent-CESPA link. CESPA Committee members keep in touch with their section’s Class Reps who in turn keep their class parents in the know. Class Reps also often organise social events for parents and children.
Class Reps are usually invited to meetings with CESPA Committee Members twice a year. School Management sometimes also attends these meetings.
Once approved, minutes of the monthly CESPA Committee meetings are relayed to Class Reps for onward dissemination to their parents as appropriate. They are also posted on the CESPA notice board (by the bicycle shed near the Thame Lane car park). Parents wanting to be put on the e-mail distribution list for these minutes can ask the CESPA Secretary or their Class Rep.
